- Client/project name
- Plan, country and selected options
- Period total, approval owner and operating boundary
How to complete it
For each field, write the value and decision owner: the plan and resources, the country, selected backup/IPv6 options, service period, full USD total, client approver and operating lead. Mark unknown inventory and backup geography as unresolved rather than filling them in.
Keep passwords, private keys, seeds and unnecessary personal data out of this record. Link to the approved secure location instead when the project requires one.
