The facts behind your offshore VPS.
A practical reference for the listed plans and their boundaries. Use it alongside the project brief and final service agreement.
Offshore VPS, operated from Panama
PrivateHostLab serves agencies and client projects. Its operator is based in Panama, as declared by the owner. The legal entity name, registration details and street address have not been supplied. The operator’s base, selected VPS country and backup locations are separate facts. Backup countries remain to be confirmed.
No-KYC standard signup: one contact email, without identity documents, selfies or proof of address. Additional information may be required by applicable law. Hostname and an optional SSH public key remain technical settings.
Monero is the initial payment choice on a new visit; a saved asset selection or valid quote takes precedence. The confirmed email stays in this tab’s session and is not sent by this page. It does not establish a verified account.
A DMCA notice alone does not trigger automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are assessed under applicable law. We comply with legally binding process applicable to our Panama-based operation, including international procedures recognized in Panama. See service terms and contact-data handling.
Base plans and one-time period totals
The monthly reference excludes the selected period discount. The upfront total includes it. Prices are USD; tax treatment and future renewal terms require confirmation.

| Selection | Monthly USD | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| No backup option | $0.00 | Selectable catalog option; confirm operational scope |
| Daily backups — 7 restore points | $5.00 | Selectable catalog option; confirm operational scope |
| Request IPv6 | $0.00 | A request, not a verified network allocation |
Backup retention in a selectable label is not evidence of a completed restore test. Keep an application recovery plan and confirm backup coverage separately.
Server locations and operating-system choices
Server locations: Panama, Ireland, Romania, Sweden. Every plan offers these countries without a location surcharge. Select one country in the configurator. The list does not identify a city, datacenter, particular machine, live stock level or delivery time. Backup countries remain to be confirmed. Compare server locations.

|---|---|
| Debian 13 | 1 GB |
| Ubuntu 24.04 LTS | 2 GB |
| Ubuntu 26.04 LTS | 2 GB |
| AlmaLinux 9 | 2 GB |
These RAM minimums are configuration rules, not provider-image certifications or a claim about every application’s memory needs. Confirm inventory, image availability, CPU model, storage technology and network port characteristics for the actual service.

Crypto only. The checkout uses Kraken’s last-trade USD reference, a full receiving address and an address-only QR. Quotes last exactly 60 minutes from creation. USDC on TRON is excluded; use only the selected asset and network.
The browser provides payment instructions and a local reference. Server-side payment detection and provisioning are not connected here; the page reports “Payment not verified.” A quote, click or supplied hash cannot mark an order paid or a server delivered.
Application management, automatic migration, commercial licenses, verified infrastructure inventory, support response commitments and renewal rules are not established by the catalog. Consult terms and scope, payments and refunds and the responsibility worksheet.
