Your project. Your server country.
Put the server country in the client brief. Choose from four locations, keep the same plan pricing, and carry the decision into your configuration and operating handover.
Panama
Put Panama in the client brief, alongside the application owner and renewal responsibility. Panama is the starting selection for a new configuration and is also the base of PrivateHostLab’s operator.
Ireland
Keep Ireland in the agreed hosting requirements and include connectivity checks in your launch acceptance plan. Leave the next operator a clear record of the country selected for this project.
Romania
Pair the Romania location decision with the application inventory, resource budget and a named person who can approve future changes. Carry all four into the client handover.
Sweden
Record Sweden alongside the project’s maintenance and recovery responsibilities. Review that choice with the client when the application’s requirements change.
The budget follows the plan.
Starter, Studio and Business offer the same resources and prices across all four countries. Location adds no charge. Review extra resources, operating system and prepaid period in the configurator.
| Plan | vCPU | RAM | SSD | Monthly transfer | USD / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 vCPU | 1 GB | 25 GB | 1 TB | $5 |
| Studio | 2 vCPU | 2 GB | 50 GB | 2 TB | $10 |
| Business | 4 vCPU | 4 GB | 80 GB | 3 TB | $20 |
Studio: choose your period
Business: choose your period
Dedicated servers and storage services use the same primary-country choices and no location surcharge. Compare dedicated servers or storage and backups.

Agree the country, then plan the handover.
- Start with the client’s documented server-location requirements and choose one of PrivateHostLab’s four countries.
- Check application connectivity from the networks that matter to the project. A country name does not establish a latency result.
- Record the selected country and who approved it. Carry that decision into the operating handover.
The operator is based in Panama. Your selected VPS country is a separate choice. Backup countries and provider details remain to be confirmed; selecting a server country does not move every copy of project data there.
Use the service facts and launch acceptance worksheet to keep resources, recovery and the client’s approval connected.
