Operator and contracting information
PrivateHostLab is the temporary brand for an offshore VPS service whose operator is based in Panama, as declared by the service owner. The seller's legal entity name, registration details and street address have not been supplied for publication.
The operator is based in Panama. VPS server locations are Panama, Ireland, Romania, Sweden, available with every PrivateHostLab plan without a location surcharge. The selected server country does not establish backup locations or reserve a particular machine. Provider details, backup countries, tax treatment, service continuity commitments and complete contracting details still require confirmation. The operator's location does not determine every law or forum that may apply to a project.
Standard signup and the project contact
The standard no-KYC signup process requires one contact email and does not request a civil name, phone number, postal address, identity document, selfie or proof of address. Hostname and optional SSH public key fields concern technical setup. Additional information may be required where applicable law requires it.
Confirming an email in the current checkout records a contact locally; it does not verify the mailbox, create an authenticated account or send a message. Appoint a contact who is authorized to manage the project and make sure the client and agency agree who controls future account recovery and notices.
Prepaid periods and payment instructions
Payment is crypto only, including Monero. Monthly and quarterly periods have no period discount. Six months paid upfront receive 28% off and twelve months paid upfront receive 50% off the VPS and all selected recurring options. The full-period amount is paid upfront; no automatic debit or renewal authorization is requested.
The checkout separates the monthly reference, gross period amount, discount and final USD total. It converts the final amount using a retrieved market rate. Use the exact asset, network, address and crypto amount shown; network fees are separate. The QR contains only the receiving address and does not enforce an asset, network or amount.
Each quote expires exactly one hour after creation. Reloading or correcting the contact email does not change its financial details or extend that deadline. A confirmed email change updates the saved contact; the displayed payment reference stays the same. An effective configuration or asset/network change requires new payment details.
This page provides payment instructions, not server-side payment detection or VPS provisioning. A click, screenshot, local reference or submitted transaction hash cannot mark an order paid or delivered. Renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements are described only to the extent currently supplied on the payment terms page.
Copyright complaints and legal process
A DMCA notice alone does not trigger automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are reviewed under applicable law, including the rights protected by Panama's copyright framework. A substantiated complaint or a binding legal requirement may require action; this policy is not a promise to disregard copyright.
We assess legal requests under the law applicable to the Panama-based operation and comply with legally binding process, including international procedures recognized in Panama. Requests are assessed by their legal basis and requirements, rather than rejected solely because they originated abroad.
Panama's framework includes international criminal legal assistance under Law 11 of 2015, with amendments in Law 478 of 2025, and provisions on foreign judgments in Article 678 of the Civil Procedure Code. These references explain why offshore hosting does not establish immunity or a universal requirement for a prior order from a Panamanian judge.
The customer's operating scope
The customer or appointed agency manages the operating system, application, users, credentials, updates and independent recovery copies under the self-managed model. Confirm any migration assistance, software licensing or additional management service explicitly.
Use only content, software and data you are authorized to operate, and review the acceptable-use policy. Keep the approver, primary operator and replacement documented. A larger allocation does not establish redundancy, a tested restore process, a support response time or a service-level guarantee.
